With the local rivers drying up we headed down to the White Salmon River for the weekend. We had a great time despite a change in plans.
We ended up running the middle section of the White Salmon which is a Class III+ and a 10 foot waterfall at the end. It is considered class V but it's more of a class III line so in my opinion it's a class IV waterfall.
Saturday we made 2 laps and a total of 5 runs over Husum Falls. Sunday we made a run down the same middle section, ran Husum Falls twice, and then continued down the lower section (Class II) to a lake.
